About Vijay Nahar

Vijay Nahar is an Indian Writer, Editor, Historian, Sociologist, Educationalist, Politician, Singer, Composer and Lyricist. Nahar’s present books on Indian history is about our heroes such as: Hinduva Surya Maharana Pratap, Sheeladitya Samrat Harshvardhan, Samrat Yashovarman, Samrat Mihir Bhoj, Samrat Bhoj Parmar,  Prarambhik Islamic Akraman Evam Bhartiya Pratirodh, Yugpurush Bappa Rawal and Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan.

Nahar’s book on indian politicians are:- “Swarnim Bharat Ke Swapndrashtha Narendra Modi”, “Bharat ke Adhunik Brahmarshi Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay”, “Vasundhara Raje Aur Viksit Rajasthan”, “Aapatkal ke kale din” and “Samrpan Manmal Nahar”.

His books on religious sants are “Mrityunjay Mahayogi Acharya Bhikshu”, “Yugdrishtha Yugpurush Acharya Tulsi”, “Bhaktimyi Mahasati Ranabai Harnava” and “Oswal Nahar Vansh”.

Another book “Shivambu Sanjeevni” has contributed significantly towards the Urine Therapy.

Nahar has written about the real Indian history from period 467 to 1200 AD which was also referred to as ANDHKAR YUG by historians. But the eye opening fact is that this was one of the most advanced ages with a prosperous, rich, economical, cultural and literary advancement of India. The glories of Indians was seen and admired by the world. As a result it was referred to as the SONE KI CHIRIYA. Another term that was bestowed on it was VISHV GURU or the GLOBAL TEACHER. India also witnessed a more than one talented and mighty emperors in this period. This was obviously the conspiracy of the west that named this period as the DARK AGES (ANDHKAR YUG). This conspiracy has been cut short by facts revealed in Nahar’s books. Most of the Indian history books that are found have been authored by foreigners specially muslims, Pharasi and the Western Historians. The history cited here misguiding.  It was written to impress their kings. The actual recorded facts were destroyed or modified to serve the purpose of Britishers and other foreigners. Britishers attacked on the self respect and self confidence of Indians by destroying and modifying the great history of India. But the facts are still remaining and these have been studied and history has been reconstructed by Nahar. Nahar has done a genius act of exposing the actual history of India to masses through his books.  New generation of India read Great Indians not Great Mughal or foreigners.

Being the prolific writer that he is Nahar also started magazines Chingari during Emergency, Bapparawal from Mewar, Bhikshu Times from Siriyari Rajasthan

He also wrote Bharat Mata ki Aarti in 1961 with purpose of collecting. He was also the first person who started worshipping Bharat Mata at RSS Shakha. This arti that he had written inspired the tribal to work for nation and society. While working in the Udaipur Sambhag of RSS, he worked hard towards bringing tribals and forest dwellers into the mainstream of the society. His hard work from 1978 to 1980 resulted in the formation of Rajasthan Vanvasi Kalyan Parishad. This body provided  Free Hostal, Schools, Colleges, Sanskar Kendra, Balvadis and Dharm Jagran Kendra in Rajasthan like Udaipur, Banswara, Dungarpur and Kota. First time organized programs of Mewar Maharana Bhagwat Singh ji in the areas of vanvasi and adivasi people at Dungarpur, Udaipur, Banswara and Kota. Thousands of vanvasi people attended and supported these programs. The biggest challenges while working with the tribals was the awareness towards rights, education, agriculture and economic empowerment. Nahar suggested the solutions to all these problems to the SCST Ministry of Rajasthan. In appreciation of this social work that Nahar had undertaken he was appointed as Member of Social Welfare Board in 1978 by Govt. of Rajasthan. At this position he promoted the board’s plan to run more and more schemes for rural areas, poor and dalit settlements in the city.

Nahar was also actively involved in organizing Adult Education Program in Rajasthan. It was with his initiative that the establishment and registration of "Rajasthan Prodh Shikshan Sansthan" took place in Jaipur. The same was also established in Udaipur. In this process 200 development centers in 200 tribal villages were established in joint support of Rajasthan Vanvasi Kalyan Parishad, Udaipur and Prodh Shikshan Sansthan, Udaipur. Similarly, 100 centers in jhunjhunu area, 50 centres in Chaksu Areas were run by Rajasthan Prodh Shikshan Sansthan, Jaipur.

Govt. of Rajasthan nominated him member of Rajasthan Prodh Shiksha Board for three years.
